British Proofreading reserves the complete right to make any changes in the terms & conditions, which will then be updated on the British Proofreading's website.
British Proofreading can be contacted via our chat line and phone. British Proofreading also ensures a response within 3-4 hours via email.
British Proofreading collects your name, email address and contact number provided by customer for easy contact.
Revision Policy
Customers agree with all the term and conditions at British Proofreading when placing an order with us.
Customers at British Proofreading are required to provide us with complete and clearer instructions for editing their work at the time of placing their order, further instructions given to us after receiving the edited work will not be entertained or will be charged separately.
For word count 6000 or less, free revisions can be claimed by the customer within 20 days after receiving their edited work. Revisions after 20 days will be charged.
For word count 6000 or more, free revisions can be claimed by the customer within 35 days after receiving their edited work. Revisions after 35 days will be charged. Revisions take 48-72 hours.
Refund Policy Customers agree with all the term and conditions at British Proofreading when placing an order with us.
The payment once made at British Proofreading is considered as final payment. We will refund full money if we are not able to complete your work. All claims related to refunds shall be claimed within 29 days of delivery time from British Proofreading.
The 30% of the total amount for an order will be withheld by British Proofreading as per service charges if customer decides not to get our services without any reason. Only customer's result can determine when a refund has to be issued by British Proofreading.
Customers who have availed revision facilities before the submission of their edited work are entitled to receive partial refunds and not full.
